Adam Gottbetter
Founder & Principal
A merchant banker and former attorney by background, Adam Gottbetter has over 30 years of experience as a deal manager, advising principals and partners on financial and merger and acquisition transactions. As a former corporate securities lawyer, he has spent his career sourcing, structuring, financing, and managing complex transactions.
Since 2013, Adam has applied that expertise to real estate — developing Marriott and Hilton hotels across South Florida and, most recently, Glass House, a landmark residential project in downtown Boca Raton. At ASG, he leads development from permitting through financing, construction, and completion. He also serves as Vice President of Finance and Development for Green Park Management, overseeing development and financing, including the sourcing and structuring of debt and equity from construction and bridge to permanent financing.
He earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics. Adam has served on the boards of 995 Fifth Avenue Co-Op, the New Renaissance Basketball Association (RENS), the Collegiate School Annual Fund, and Resurrection Episcopal Day School, and as chairman of the Men’s Division of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University. He was also a member of the Lehigh Leadership Council. Adam lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife and two children.
