Adam Gottbetter

Principal

An attorney and merchant banker by background, Adam Gottbetter, principal of Boca Raton-based ASG Development and VP Finance & Development of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, has over 30 years of experience as a deal manager advising transaction principals and partners on financial and M&A transactions as a former corporate securities lawyer sourcing, structuring, financing, and managing those transactions.

Since 2013, Gottbetter has applied those skills to real estate development, building Marriott hotels in South Florida, and now, his newest residential project in downtown Boca Raton, Glass House. At ASG Development, Adam leads the development of real estate projects from permitting to financing to construction to completion. Gottbetter also serves as the Vice President of Finance and Development for Green Park Management where he oversees development and financing including sourcing and structuring debt and equity from construction to bridge to permanent financing.

Gottbetter is a past board member of 995 Fifth Avenue Co-Op, New Renaissance Basketball Association (RENS), Collegiate School Annual Fund, and Resurrection Episcopal Day School (REDS) including its Finance and Annual Fund Committees. He also served as the chairman of the board for Men’s Division of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in New York. Additionally, Gottbetter was a member of the Lehigh Leadership Council at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

Gottbetter earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University’s School of Business and Economics. He currently lives in Boca Raton with his wife and has two kids.
